Quick help — SMTP · forms · stats · test email
- Stats at the top update live: enriched companies, emails sent (+ in progress), forms submitted.
- Email sending speed — parallel batch size, SMTP rotation, delay between batches. Connections — parallel tabs for enrich + forms.
- Outreach report — live tabs for Email (slot, time, SMTP, from), Forms, and Social. Export CSV anytime.
- Rows with Email 1, 2, and 3 each get a separate send with the same company/template data.
- Choose companies for outreach — untick any company before starting Email or Forms to skip that company.
- Attachment in Email templates — PDF/DOC/images up to 8 MB; saved per template and sent with every email in that campaign.
- Test SMTP before outreach: save an account, enter your email in Test send to, click Test connection then Send test email.
- Sender profile fills template tokens like
{{Sender Name}}and bookend rows. - Form profile controls what contact forms fill (name, company, message, custom fields).
- Bookend rows sends your template to yourself as the first and last email in the campaign.

Who you are when emailing — merge fields like {{Sender Name}}, {{Sender Company}}, {{Sender Email}}. Also used for bookend test rows (first/last send to yourself) and contact-form defaults. Click Save sender profile after editing.

Learned / Extra fields — tick Learn new fields to auto-add unmapped labels from failed sites. Fill values, Save Profile, then re-run those URLs.

What each SMTP field means
- Host
- Your provider's outgoing server (e.g.
smtp.gmail.com,smtp.office365.com). - Port
- 587 + STARTTLS (most common), 465 + SSL, or 25 unencrypted.
- Username / Password
- Usually your full email and app password (not your login password for Gmail/Outlook).
- From name / From email
- What recipients see in the inbox — must match what your provider allows.
- Reply-to
- Optional — where replies go if different from From email.
- Test send to
- Your own address. Test connection checks login; Send test email sends your saved template.
Hello (greeting preview)
Used when the template includes {{Hello}} — from a Hello column or auto (Hi + name / Hello + company). Included in export report.
Click a chip to insert {{Column Name}} at the cursor. Includes all Excel export columns from enrichment.
No attachment — PDF, DOC, images, etc. Max 8 MB. Same file goes to every recipient in this template.
Search enriched or uploaded data and remove rows before outreach. Pause email to remove queued sends.
After enrichment finishes, companies with email, website, or social data are selected automatically. Untick any row before Start outreach.
Enrich companies first, then start Email, Forms, or Social independently.
