NextBrill AI SEO
Is Your Website Ready for SEO Growth?
Before building backlinks, citations, outreach, or other SEO authority signals, make sure your website is sending Google the right signals.
NextBrill AI SEO analyzes your website, target keywords, locations, search intent, competitors, and content alignment to determine what's working, what's missing, and what should be addressed.
Philosophy
First make sure Google understands the business. Then build authority around it.
- Business understanding
- Keyword & location fit
- Page & intent alignment
- Only then: authority building
Don't Build SEO Authority Around the Wrong Signal
NextBrill starts by understanding your website and determining whether it is ready for the keywords you're targeting — before you spend time and money trying to build SEO authority.
Wrong signal on the card
Imagine a business card that says Commercial Solar Installation — but the website mostly talks about Residential Solar Panels.
Authority amplifies the signal
You can distribute that card widely, but the underlying information has not changed. SEO works the same way.
Align before you amplify
Your website tells Google what you do. Offsite SEO reinforces authority around that understanding. If the two do not align, more authority may not fix the problem.
Simple commercial path

AI SEO FAQ
Common questions from business owners — readiness checks, the Windows Agent, rankings, progress, and PDF reports. For a full walkthrough, see the setup guide.
What is NextBrill AI SEO?+
It helps you check whether your website is ready for the keywords and locations you care about, then run an offsite SEO campaign from your Windows PC. The cloud plans the work; a small Windows Agent on your computer opens the browser and carries out the steps. You can track progress, Google Observed Ranking, and download client-ready PDF reports from your dashboard.
Why start with a readiness check instead of building links right away?+
If your site sends the wrong message about what you do, building more visibility can amplify the wrong story. NextBrill starts by checking alignment between your pages, keywords, and locations — then helps you build authority around a clearer signal.
What is free, and what do I pay for?+
You get a limited number of free SEO Readiness Checks to see what is working and what is missing. Paid plans unlock deeper keyword-to-page analysis ($50 for 3 keywords, or $100 for 7) and access to the Windows Agent and offsite campaign tools after payment.
Does NextBrill run the browser for me in the cloud?+
No. NextBrill plans and queues the work online. The Windows Agent on your PC opens Chrome and performs the browsing steps. That keeps heavy browser activity on your machine, under your control.
How do I install the Windows Agent?+
From your AI SEO dashboard (or this page), download the Windows Agent as a ZIP file, unpack it, and run the Agent. Use only the ZIP download — that is the complete package. Activate with the install key shown in your dashboard. Keep only one Agent open at a time.
Why do I see two Agent windows, or “session expired”?+
Running more than one Agent at once can confuse the connection to your account. Fully Exit every Agent (including from the system tray), then open a single copy from the latest ZIP. Click Activate with your install key if it asks to reconnect.
I downloaded a new version but the Agent still looks old. What should I do?+
Close the old Agent completely (Exit, not only the X), then unpack a fresh ZIP and run that copy. An already-running older Agent can keep showing the previous version if you launch another download without exiting first.
The Agent says the queue is empty and Chrome is not opening. Is something broken?+
Not necessarily. When there are no pending jobs, the Agent stays connected but idle — Chrome only opens when there is work to do. Check your campaign page: if jobs already finished, the queue can be empty while rankings and reports still update. Resume the campaign and keep the Agent connected for ongoing ranking checks.
What do Start, Pause, Resume, and Stop mean?+
Start / Resume tells the campaign to run and lets the Agent claim jobs. Pause holds work without cancelling history. Stop / cancel ends active campaign work. These controls appear in the dashboard and on the Agent; only the buttons that match the current state are shown (for example, Pause while running, Resume while paused).
How do I see which sites were visited or submitted?+
Open your campaign in the AI SEO dashboard. You will find Progress (effort and goals), Google Observed Ranking, What was submitted, the job list with target links and status, and a Needs attention section for items that need you. The Agent activity list is a short live feed; the campaign page is the full record.
Does “60 done” mean 60 directory listings?+
No. Completed jobs include discovery, page reviews, checks, and submissions. Many finished items are research or analysis steps, not published listings. Use What was submitted and the job list to see real submission attempts and outcomes.
Why was I never asked for owner, address, and phone? How does the Agent fill forms?+
Each campaign has a Business profile the Agent uses when filling listings. It can start from your website, location, and keywords. Use Generate with AI to draft descriptions and categories, then edit and Save. Always enter real phone, email, and street address yourself — we do not invent contact details. Incomplete profiles often lead to “Needs you” holds on forms.
What does Generate with AI do on the business profile?+
It drafts name, location fields where sensible, descriptions, categories, and services from your campaign context. It does not invent phone numbers or emails. Review the draft, fill in real contact details, then Save so the Agent uses the updated profile on the next jobs.
What do the six campaign goals mean?+
You choose what you want to achieve — for example ranking for keywords, local visibility, brand authority, backlinks, trust, or new locations. NextBrill prioritizes activities around those goals. You do not pick every tactic by hand; Progress on the campaign page shows effort and outcomes per goal you selected.
What is “Google Observed Ranking”?+
It is a position we recorded when your Agent searched Google for a keyword under stated conditions (location, country, device, language, and time). It is not Google’s official ranking data. Results can vary with personalization and Google’s own result changes. We always show the conditions next to the number.
Who checks my keyword rankings — NextBrill’s servers or my PC?+
Your Windows Agent, on your desk, opens Google in Chrome, finds your website in the results when possible, and sends the observation to NextBrill. The dashboard and PDF reports display the history and changes (for example #12 → #8).
How often are rankings checked?+
While your campaign is running and the Agent is connected, each target keyword is typically checked about once a day. Checks are spaced so activity stays reasonable. If the Agent is closed or the campaign is paused, new ranking observations pause too.
How often are new SEO jobs created?+
Discovery and submission work is created when a campaign starts, when new opportunities are found during a run, or when you retry something that needed attention. It is not a fixed “every hour” blast. Ranking checks continue on the roughly daily cadence above while the campaign runs.
Do you show my real backlink count from the whole web?+
Progress reports focus on work NextBrill and your Agent completed — opportunities found, outreach or listing attempts, and submissions — not a full third-party backlink index. Over time, Google Observed Ranking and your work log together show effort and what Google is showing for your keywords.
How do weekly or monthly reports work?+
On the campaign Reports section, pick Weekly, Monthly, or a custom date range, then download a PDF. Choose a NextBrill-branded report or a white-label report for sharing with your own clients. Reports generate when you click download (with a short “Generating…” wait) — they are not emailed automatically on a schedule.
What is inside the PDF report?+
A professional client-style summary for the dates you chose: overview of work completed, progress toward your goals, Google Observed Ranking with conditions, a work log of sites and outcomes, and an appendix for items that still need attention. White-label puts your business name forward and keeps NextBrill minimal.
What does “Needs you” mean?+
Some sites require CAPTCHA, payment, identity checks, email verification, or form fields the Agent could not complete safely. Those jobs pause for you. Open the campaign, read the reason, finish the step on the site if needed, then use Retry when ready. Other jobs can continue in the meantime.
Do I need my own OpenAI or CAPTCHA keys?+
Cloud analysis on the website uses NextBrill’s platform setup. For some Agent form-filling helpers and CAPTCHA solving on your PC, you may add your own keys in the AI SEO dashboard under Agent keys. Without a CAPTCHA key, runs continue where possible and blocked challenges are reported instead of hanging forever.
What happens after the first wave of jobs finishes?+
Keep the Agent connected and the campaign running if you want ongoing Google Observed Ranking and the ability to retry holds. Progress and PDF reports stay available anytime. Starting denser new discovery waves again can be done from the dashboard when you choose to expand or restart effort — an empty queue simply means there is nothing pending right now.
Do I need Google Search Console?+
Not for the current experience. Rankings shown today are Google Observed Ranking from your Agent. Connecting Search Console for official performance data may be offered later as an optional upgrade.
Where can I get help?+
Use the step-by-step guide on this site (WeSignDeal-style walkthrough), your AI SEO dashboard campaign page for status and reports, and NextBrill support / contact if something still looks wrong after Exit → one Agent → Activate → campaign running.
